Strategic Lines
The following guidelines define the philosophy of the Observatory:
- Development of an efficient and reliable system to gather information.
- Establishment of a group of experts who analyze and study the information and its viability and, if necessary, pass it onto the health centres.
- Creation of a study guideline of implemented projects or pilot projects in other health centres, whose analysis and study can determine their implementation in our centres.
- Active participation in the most relevant and influencial forums.
- Development of methods to spread the Observatory information (Reports, Essays, Newsletters, Case Studies, Interviews).
